Road I to Pinewood Drive was to be completed. Engineer Bearden responded that
the completion date is August 1, 1973.
Engineer Bearden's Report
MSP (Johnson - Pickar) To set a bid date to extend water into the Paster
Enterprises shopping center development at County Road I and Highway #10 for
August 13, 1973 at 12:00 Noon, and to approve the final plans and specifications.

MSP (Neisen- Johnson) Due to the failure of the State of Minnesota Manpower
Department to provide summer youth under the Youth Employment Program, the
Council approvesthe hiring of two to three additional summer part -time youth
to work up until September 1, 1973.
