From General - $8,004.92, from Water - $1,354.00, from Sewer - $769.14. Total disbursements $58,133.63. Clerk Zylla announced that he has spoken with Mr. Gydeson regarding the Anchor Inn and has found out that there is a possibility that he may yet construct the restaurant on the location approved in March. The Council gave Clerk Zylla authority to rescind the hearing scheduled for the 24th of September, which was set to revert the zoning back from B3 to R1, if Mr. Gydeson contacts him with a favorable report by September 14th, 1973. 5 Ayes MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To set an improvement hearing for Project 1973 -4 for 7:30 p.m. on November 19, 1973. 5 Ayes MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To set a budget hearing for 8:00 p.m. on October 1, 1973. 5 Ayes Clerk Zylla announced that he contacted Mrs. Birkeland as he was directed to do by the Council last meeting and has found out that they will not construct the necessary drainage improvement in Birkeland Addition at their own expense. The Council asked the Clerk to invite Mr. Birkeland together with Mr. Skiba to an agenda meeting. MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve the Planned Use Report Entitlement Period No. 4 desig- nating $44,266.00 to be used for general government capital expenditures. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve Appendix "C" Village of Mounds View and Local #49 amending the provision that overtime be distributed as that overtime be distributed on a seniority ba to the Master Contract between the the section relative to overtime, deleting equally as practicable and substituting sis. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson - Pickar) To change the regular Council Meeting dates in October to the 9th and 23rd because of the legal holidays on the 8th and 22nd. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson- Hodges) To approve the subdivision request of Raymond Sylite to subdivide Lot 104, Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition subject to the payment of $1,733.16 in additional assessments. 5 Ayes MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) To instruct the Clerk to contact Mr. Beyers in reference to JRO Estates informing him that the rough grading in his subdivision must be done in conformance with the Villages request for a holding pond before the preliminary plat will be approved. 5 Ayes Clerk Zylla informed the Council that he has contacted Employer's Overload and requested the addition of two men on a temporary basis to assist with the crack filling of Village streets. Mayor Neisen acknowledged that the Council attended an open house at Century- Mercury Motor Freight on Sunday, September 9, 1973 which was very well received by everyone in attendance.
