Councilman Pickar's Report
Clerk- Administrator Zylla informed the Council that as requested he had sent
a letter to the Mounds View Human Rights Commission noting that a charge of
discrimination had been brought against a member of the Mounds View Police
Department.
Attorney Meyers' Report
MSP (Johnson - Pickar) To adopt Resolution #617 approving the easement vacation
and exchange for the drainage pipe located on the Anchor Inn property (hearing
held October 9, 1973). 5 Ayes
Engineer Bearden's Report
Engineer Bearden was instructed to oversee the easement relocation construction
at the Anchor Inn property site.
