PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />December 10, 1973 <br />A Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Neisen at 8:00 P.M. on December 10, 1973 at the Mounds View Village Hall, 2401 <br />Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Neisen <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Rr,umgartner <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Pickar <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Bearden <br />MSP (Hodges- Johnson) To approve the minutes of November 19, 1973. <br />MSP (Pickar- Hodges) To approve the minutes of November 26, 1973. <br />MSP (Pickar - Johnson) To approve the minutes of December 3, 1973. <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />Hodges Abstained <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the temporary classroom at Red Oak School and to <br />issue a building permit for its installation subject to the approval of the fire <br />chief. 5 Ayes <br />Mayor Neisen's Report <br />Mayor Neisen read the Police Report for November. <br />Mayor Neisen announced again that there will be no meeting on December 24th. The <br />meeting will be moved to December 17th at 8:00 P.M. and there will be a special <br />meeting on January 2, 1974 at 7:00 P.M. <br />Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Johnson - Pickar) To approve the licenses: Excavating - Chiltons Excavating; <br />Gas Station - Highway #10 Service, Bob's Gulf Service, Mounds View Standard; <br />General Contractor - President Homes, Bryant Franklin Corp.; Heating & Air <br />Conditioning - Associated Plbg & Htg.; Off -Sale Non - Intox. Liquor - Simons Food <br />Market; On -Sale Non - Intox. Liquor - Bel -Rae Ballroom; Sewer & Water - Associated <br />Plbg & Htg.; Sign & Billboard - Nordquist Sign Co.; Asphalt - Bituminous Roadways <br />Inc.; Cigarette - Simons Liquor Store, Simons Food Market, Mermaid Cocktail Lounge, <br />Inc., Launching Pad Supper Club, Bel -Rae Ballroom, Bob's Gulf Service, B & R <br />Liquor Store. 5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the bills: General Fund checks #7992 thru #8036, <br />Payroll Account checks #1058 thru #1059, Payroll checks #690 thru #703, transfer <br />check #8037 transferring $5,500.00 to the General Fund from Revenue Sharing for <br />salary costs of W. Hanson in park maintenance, and transfer check #8038 transferring <br />
