A Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor
Neisen at 8:00 P.M. on December 10, 1973 at the Mounds View Village Hall, 2401
Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

MSP (Hodges- Johnson) To approve the minutes of November 19, 1973.
MSP (Pickar- Hodges) To approve the minutes of November 26, 1973.
MSP (Pickar - Johnson) To approve the minutes of December 3, 1973.

MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the temporary classroom at Red Oak School and to
issue a building permit for its installation subject to the approval of the fire
chief. 5 Ayes
Mayor Neisen's Report
Mayor Neisen read the Police Report for November.
Mayor Neisen announced again that there will be no meeting on December 24th. The
meeting will be moved to December 17th at 8:00 P.M. and there will be a special
meeting on January 2, 1974 at 7:00 P.M.

Gas Station - Highway #10 Service, Bob's Gulf Service, Mounds View Standard;
General Contractor - President Homes, Bryant Franklin Corp.; Heating & Air
Conditioning - Associated Plbg & Htg.; Off -Sale Non - Intox. Liquor - Simons Food
Market; On -Sale Non - Intox. Liquor - Bel -Rae Ballroom; Sewer & Water - Associated
