A Special Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council acting as a canvassing
board was called to order by Mayor Neisen at 5:12 P.M. on Wednesday, November
7, 1973 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minn. 55112.

Administrative Secretary Wamhoff presented the tally sheet totals of the four
election precincts for the November 6th election.
