Howard Thorsen asked when he would know whether or not he could be issued a
building permit. Mayor Neisen commented that it would be at least February, since
the Council would probably ask the Planner to look at the subject parcel.
Engineer Bearden's Report
Engineer Bearden reported that the proposed location of Pleasant View Drive has
pretty much been determined, but that he will bring in a final drawing to the
Council before the plans are. drawn.
