Councilman Baumgartner stated that last Sunday there was a dedication of Nelson
Rink at Woodcrest Park. He thanked Mro Wallace Nelson of the Lee Bogle Company
for the donation of the plaque.
Councilman Pickar's Report
Councilman Pickar announced that the Lakeside Park Commission would be meeting
on Thursday, February 14 and the Human Rights Commission will meet on a regular
basis on the third Tuesday of each month.
Attorney Meyers' Report
Attorney Meyers presented a proposed ordinance defining the position of Public
Works Superintendent and amending the subdivision regulation relative to the
dedication of land or cash for parks.
MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) To approve the agreement between Programmed Land
and the City of Mounds View in which Programmed Land agrees to pay the City
$8,500.00 within three years to be deposited in the City Park and Playground
Fund, acknowledging receipt of $2,125.00 and authorizing the Mayor and the
Administrator to sign the agreement subject to receipt of the second mortgage
and certificate of title. 4 Ayes
MSP (Neisen - Pickar) To adopt Resolution #616 as required by the minutes of
November 12, 1973. (Subject to the approval of Programmed Land 1st Addition). 4 Ayes
Engineer Bearden's Report
MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To accept the final plans for Project 1973 -6 and to
advertise for bids at 11:30 A.M. on March 11, providing that the contract have
a completion date of June 1, and provide liquidation damages of $100.00 per day.

MSP (Neisen- Baumgartner) To order the advertisement for the above bid subject
to receipt of an agreement from Mr. Edes of Programmed Land stating that at some
future date he will provide an easement for a water line between Lots 2 and 3,
Block 3, Programmed Land Addition and will agree to be assessed for the cost. 4 Ayes
MSP (Pickar-Hodges) To adjourn at 10:25 P.M. 4 Ayes
