A Special Meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by
Mayor Neisen at 7:33 P.M. on August 5, 1974 at the Mounds View City Hall,
2401 Highway #10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.

Also Present:
Administrative Sec. Wamhoff
Kenneth Walijarvi, Architect was present at the meeting and pointed out the
low bidders for the proposed Mounds View Municipal Building Addition and
Alteration.
MSP ( Neisen- Johnson) To receive the bids for the proposed Mounds View
Municipal Building Addition and Alterations.
