6) the City of New Brighton shall pay the City of Mounds View the standard
$100.00 unit charge for each connection made to the lateral (this is the
same charge assessed Mounds View residents who connect to the systeu; and 7)
quarterly the City of New Brighton shall remit to the City of Mounds View
for each lot connected to the system the sewer usage charge prevailing in
Mounds View.
MSP (Neisen- Johnson) To grant NSP authority to underground and service
lines through Groveland Park.
MSP (Johnson - Pickar) To adjourn at 7:05 p.m.
