In response to a question from Councilman Johnson, he stated that the vacant mayoral
position must be filled by the Council and that should a vacancy occur in a
Council seat, the Council must fill it also.
Councilman Hodges noted that Mayor Neisen was the best Mayor he had ever served
with, including the one named Hodges.
MSP (Johnson - Baumgartner) to adjourn at 9:00 p.m.
