Mayor Neisen requested the administrator to notify the architect of our deadline for submission of bills for payment so that this problem will not happen again. MSP (Neisen- Baumgartner) To approve the licenses waiving the permit fee for the Jaycee's. General Contractor - Good Value Homes, Inc., Builders Supply Enterprises, Inc.; Excavating License - Stanway Excavating; Heating and Air Conditioning - Better Burner Service, Richmond and Sons Electric; Peddler $ Solicitors License - Mounds View Jaycees (Richard Zieska), December 9 through December 26. MSP (Baumgartner - Hodges) To transfer investments at cost from the project fund to the revolving fund subject to verification that this fund does not automatically revert to the bond redemption account. MSP (Hodges - Pickar) To approve change order No. 1 on the city hall addition and stating that the city by so approving in no way admits financial liability for this change and that the council reserves the right to offset any additional cost against the architect's fee. MSP (Baumgartner- Hodges) To approve the winter ice rink attendants and their rate of pay, $2.25 per hour. Mayor Neisen stated that such a letter was a good idea and that Mr. Hanggi should be given adequate opportunity to pursue further certification up to Class "B ". Attorney Meyers noted that the subdivision of Donald Sohm's lot on 8206 Groveland presents some problems for development.
