He suggested someone from the board come to a Council meeting so that
the 7ity and the '_oard can work out a solution to people going before the
board working the two agencies against each other. He wondered if once
the comprehensive plan was adopted for storm sewer drainage and approved
by Rice Creek Watershed it would eliminate the need for individuals to
go before the board for permits.
Cousrzilman ghelauist said each time someone is sent before the board,
a representative for the City should also be present to voice the City's
-Jie r^oint. .
