MSP (Baumgartner- Hodges) to approve the following bills: General Fund
Check #10686- 10834, Payroll Account Checks #1185 - 1190, Recreation
Activity Check #10836, Payroll Checks 2089 -2137. Transfer check #10835
transferring from General $16,190.39, Water 1,134.94, Sewer 1,900.30
to Payroll Account. Total disbursements $52,941.53.
MSP(Johnson- Baumgartner) that city staff be directed to diligently
and strenuously enforce the council policy, that the licenses be
issued and approved by Council.
MSP(Johnson - Pickar) to approve license application for Bituminous
Raodways for contracting if and when they should be required to
sealcoat.
Attorney Meyers' Report
Attorney Meyers presented the development agreement to be signed
by the City and Mr. Herbst for Perkins Pancake F Steak.
Attorney Meyers read a letter on Random lots. Random wants to
dedicate these lots to the City. There is $6400. owing in back
taxes.
Engineer Bearden's Report
Engineer Bearden said the contractor is ready to go into the proposed
White Oak Estates #3 area and there is no record of a platting.
If the plat is recorded in the next week a change order can be issued
to the contractor so improvements can be added to this area.
