Engineer Bearden recommended issuance of Change Order No. 2 to Orfie
& Sons to install a valve in the middle of Pleasant View Drive because
it would be an extremely long stretch of water main without a valve.
Cost of the Change Order will be $720.17.

Administrator Achen distributed the proposed 1976,budget to Council
MSP (Pickax- Hodges) to acknowledge receipt of proposed 1976 Lakeside
Park budget.
Administrator Achen said that it would be beneficial for someone from
the League of Women Voters and Council to go to a nearby community such
as Blaine to observe the election at the polling place and then go to
Anoka County to view the computer.
