Councilman Baumgartner recommended the speed limit be changed to 30 MPH
on Long Lake Road from County Road H to County Road J.
MSP (Baumgartner - Shelquist) that City petition County to make Long Lake
Road and Hillview Road a four way stop and that the County consider
lowering the speed limit from County Road H to County Road J from 40 MPH
to 30 MPH.
ATTORNEY MEYERS' REPORT
Attorney Meyers said he had been going over the city zoning ordinance
and has a lot of questions and comments which he will air to the Planning
Commission sometime.
Attorney Meyers cautioned that using waivers can be ineffective in
legal disputes if the signing and maintaining of these waivers is not
scrupulously kept.
