Engineer Bearden indicated Item 13 PrimeCoat might be eliminated if the
weather stays good.
MSP (Shelquist - Pickar) to make Item 13 optional, to delete concrete
walkway to tot lot and install such from the main parking lot to the south
building door.

Clerk- Administrator Achen asked for approval to distribute payroll checks to
the police for retroactive pay.
MSP (Baumgartner - Pickar) to approve issuance of payroll checks No. 2253-
03002 and transfer check No. 11183.

MSP (Pickar - Shelquist) to appoint commanding day officer of the police
department to act in Administrator's absence in non - routine matters.
