HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000038_pg207Page 7 October 14, 1975 Mayor Johnson read the letter from Mr. Jerry Ackerman, requesting a sanitary sewer service for subdivided property at 8454 Spring Lake Road. Administrator Achen reported that Mr. Ackerman had been notified by letter that in order to effect this extension of services it would be necessary to respond as soon as possible as to his intention. Because we did not receive any response prior to this letter the change order was not processed. Ice Comstock stated that the project is very close to completion and this would now involve extension of the project time and additional cost will be involved. MSP (Johnson- Hodges) to direct Engineer Comstock to determine the approximate cost of the change order to extend facilities to Mr. Ackerman's property and that these cost estimates be given to Mr. Ackerman to see if he is willing to pick up the whole cost of the extension and also to accept the letter from Mr. Ackerman as a formal petition for this project. Mayor Johnson announced the subdivision request of Marvin Schluter, 8312 Spring Lake Road. He read the Planning Commission recommendation concerning this request. Mr. Jerry Foss was representing Mr. Schluter and he went over the subdivision with Council. and one lot on Spring Lake Road, MSP (Johnson- Hodges) to approve th minor subdivision request of Mr. Schluter creating two lots on Pleasant View as drawn on Exhibit Al creating three lots Lot A 120' X 207', Lot B 120' X 239' X 125' X274' and Lot C 125' X 241' X 120' X 209' stipulating that a five foot utility easement be granted on the west lot line of Lot C, and that an additional five foot utility easement be added onto the existing road easement on the east line of Lot C, and a similar five foot utility easement to be added to the road easement on the west line of Lot B. Mayor Johnson presented the subdivision request of Mr. Brogger, 8316 Spring Lake Road. MSP (Johnson - Shelquist) to approve the minor subdivision request of Larry Brogger creating three lots. Lot A 228' X 151', Lot B 218' X 152' X 171' X 161', Lot C 241' X 154' X 285' X 161', subject to dedication of a five foot utility easement on the back lot line of the westerly lot and further that a five foot utility easement fronting on the westerly lot and middle lot on Pleasant View as noted on Exhibit A2. 5 Ayes 5 Ayes MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) to reconsider the original motion of the Schluter 5 Ayes subdivision. MSP (Johnson- Baumgartner) to amend the motion stipulating the original five feet utility easement of the Schluter minor subdivision on the back of the westerly lot be granted. 5 Ayes Vote on the main motion. 5 Ayes
