Page 8, third paragraph from the bottom of page, Engineer Comstock
reported the plans from the state highway department work to be done
by Paster is to lower the culvert under the shopping center driveways
and ditch construction on ditches from Long Lake Road to County Road I.
The State highway department is to lower the culvert under Long Lake Road
and the Phillip 66 service station to to do ditch work from Long Lake
Road to the southeast. The City of Mounds View is to do surface restoration
of the Phillip 66 service station ingress and egress and Long Lake Road.
Page 11, Engineer Comstock's Report, second sentence, first paragraph,
should read, He said the State agreed to start work on October 20th and
finish the project in three to four days.
Page 9, the special note should be referenced to Lot 116, Spring Lake
Park Hillview reapportionment for Leo Bringewatt.
CITIZEN'S COMMENTS AND REQUESTS FROM THE FLOOR
Mr. Darold Hanson, 8171 Eastwood Road, said the cesspool
his mother's home today, and it is urgent that they hook
sewer services. He asked that Council waive the waiting
the contractor's license for Partkra Plumbing, presently
Plymouth.

Attorney Meyers advised that Council could give a conditional approval
contingent upon his record being checked and insurance certificates
being presented to the City office.
MSP (Johnson - Shelquist) to approve the license request of Partka
Plumbing subject to the receipt of applicable fees and subject to the
background check being done by the city staff and subject that there are
no problems with that check and that no work is to be done prior to this
information being obtained by city staff.
Mayor Johnson presented the minor subdivision request of Timothy Lewis,
8331 Red Oak Drive. This is a lot split between Red Oak and Sunnyside
Road creating two lots (183 X 101.25') and (282 X 101.25').
Mayor Johnson asked Mrs. Lewis if there were any drainage problems. She
said the lots are high.
Councilman Shelquist reported that there is an easement for underground
utilities.
MSP (Johnson- Hodges) to approve the lot split for Timothy Lewis, 8331
Red Oak Drive, as presented on the sketch plan.
Mayor Johnson acknowledged the minor subdivision request of Ernest
Danielson, 8445 Eastwood Raod, creating two 85 X 234 foot lots and
one 264 X 235 foot lot.
Mayor Johnson asked Mr. Danielson if he had drainage problems.
Mr. Danielson said all of the lots used to be dry until an incline
was made on one lot on Long Lake Road which has 6 to 8 inches of
water standing. He said that the problem would be taken care of by
grading when they built on this lot.
