COUNCILMAN SHELQUIST'S REPORT
Councilman Shelquist stated that he would like calls to apartments
put into police reports as they are for liquor establishments.
The Planning Commission would like some discussion about adopting
the comprehensive plan -- should it be adopted without changes
and worry about them later or make the changes and then adopt
it. Give some consideration to this. The Planning Commission
would also like some appointments made at the beginning of 1976.
Paul Fedor's term expires in 1975 and Robert Rossman has to work
on Wednesday evenings. The Council should also look into arrange-
ments for dog control other than MAPSI. Paying them $500 for
5 citations this month is a rip off of the taxpayer. Perhaps a
control on a call only basis rather than for patrolling is in order.
ATTORNEY MEYER'S REPORT
Attorney Meyers mentioned that they are going to court on the
assessment appeal on February 5. Further, he stated that the
police officers are concerned about the snowbird ordinance.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
12:30 a.m.
