was that he could not get a garden to grow because the soil was
so spongy and waterlogged. Stated that all the homes on St.
Michaels and St. Stephens north of County Rd. I had water in
their basements.
Mayor Johnson, 5140 Greenwood Drive - noted problem at corner of
Quincy, County Rd. I and Pinewood approximately 4 houses west
on Pinewood from Quincy, water stands 1 -2 feet deep on road.
Stated also standing surface water problem on south side of
County Rd. I just east of Greenfield.
Robert McKinney, 8071 Eastwood - just north of County Rd. I on
Eastwood water stand 6 -8 inches deep in road near stop sign
at County Rd. I.
Darrell Turner stated that he and others present who live on
Pleasant View Drive are immediately concerned about the
proposed street improvements in their area. They are concerned
that only necessary improvements are needed and not excessive
luxury improvements.
Elaine Johnson, 2287 County Rd. H -2 -water problem caused by erosion
in ditch behind house.
