CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order
by Acting Mayor Hodges on July 12, 1976, at 8:00 pm, at Mounds View
City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN. 55112.
Present: Acting Mayor Hodges
Councilman Baumgartner
Councilman Pickar
Councilman Shelquist
Also present: Clerk - Administrator
Attorney Meyers
Engineer Hubbard
MSP (Shelquist- Baumgartner) to approve the minutes of June 28, 1976,
regular meeting. 4 ayes
There were no citizen comments or requests.
APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA
Ad. Achen asked that Item B be removed from the consent agenda
with regard to B. Glommen Sno-Kones as the Dept. of Agriculture
has to license them.
MSP (Baumgartner -- Pickar) to approve the following consent agenda
items, with the exception of Item B: 4 ayes
ITEM A. Approve, as recommended by Planning Commission, minor subdivision
request of Floyd and Edna Visger to create two lots from existing prop-
erty located at 7815 Woodlawn Drive. East lot to be 125.0 feet frontage
and 131.39 feet deep; west lot to be 125.0 feet frontage and 162.0
feet deep. Five foot utility easements to be provided on back lines
of both lots.
ITEM C. Bills for approval attached.
ITEM D. Appoint the following personnel:
Steve Schams Summer Park Maintenance
Mark Nelson Recreation Attendant II
Lori Sullivan Recreation Aide
Janese Bisset Recreation Aide
Gregory E. Yeager - Building Inspector (temporary)
ITEM D. Approve expenditure of Revenue Sharing funds for the
following engineering equipment:
