CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A special meeting of the Mounds View City Council acting as
a Canvassing Board was called to order by Mayor Pickar at 7:07
p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 1976, at the Mounds View City
Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112.
Present: Mayor Pickar Also present: Admin. Achen
Councilmember Hodges
Coucilmember Baumgartner Absent: Atty. Meyers
Councilmember Shelquist Eng. Hubbard
Councilmember Rowley
Administrator Achen presented the election results of November 2,
1976, for all City precincts. He noted that 5,565 voters cast
ballots and that 1,689 new voters registered at the polls on
election day. The Council discussed the election results and
election procedures.
MSP (Hodges - Shelquist) to certify the municipal election results
as presented by the Clerk - Administrator and which are as follows:
