CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A special meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to
order by Mayor Pickar on November 15, 1976, at 7:34 p.m. at
Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112.
Present: Mayor Pickar Also present: Clerk- Admin. Achen
Councilmember Hodges Engineer Hubbard
Councilmember Baumgartner
Councilmember Shelquist
Councilmember Rowley
Mayor Pickar explained that this meeting is to receive the formal
report of Banister Short Elliott Hendrickson and Associates on storm
drainage facilities for the city. He asked Roger Short of BSEH and
Assoc. to briefly review the report and its recommendations.
Mr. Short made a slide presentation of the report in brief outline
and asked whether there were any comments or questions.
Mayor Pickar stated that the Council appreciated the efforts of
BSEH and Assoc. in making this presentation. He noted that the
Council had already had several opportunities to review the plan
with the firm and consequently were fully versed in the report. He
expressed disappointment that there were no citizen comments or ques-
tions, because this meeting was specially set aside for that purpose.
MSP (Baumgartner - Shelquist) to receive report of BSEH and Associates
on storm drainage facilities for the city. 5 ayes
MSP (Hodges - Pickar) to adjourn at 8:23 p.m. 5 ayes
