P. regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order
by 'Mayor Pickar on December 13, 1975 at 8:05 p.n. at Mounds View City
Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112
Members Present: Mayor Pickar Also present: Clerk -Admin Achen
Councilmember Shelquist Attorney Meyers
Councilmember Hodges Engineer Hubbard
Councilmember Baumgartner
Councilmember Rowley
Councilmember Shelquist corrected the minutes to show that the last
sentence of the first paragraph on Page 2 was a reply mady by Attorney
Meyers. The other four corrections he made had already been taken care
of by Administrator Achen.
MSP ( Shelquist- Rowley) for approval of the November 22, 1075 minutes.5 ayes
MSP (Baumgartner - Hodges) for approval of the December 6, 1976
minutes. 4 ayes
Rowley abstained due to absence at
CITIZENS COMMENTS !Y!D REQUESTS that meeting.
No one appeared to speak.
APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA
Mayor Pickar asked that Item C. be removed from the consent agenda.
Councilmember Baumgartner stated. that Item E. should now be scheduled
for 8:30p.m. on Chapter 40 and that Item F. should now he scheduled for
2:20 p.m.

item with the exception of Item C. 5 ayes
ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 783 approving subdivision of lands to
be known as Leroys Addition.
ITEM B. Adopt Resolution Nos. 784 -733 reapportioning assessments
for the following subdivision respectively: Dalberg's Sunnyside
Estates; Arthur Moschkau, 8330 Long Lake Road; David C. Fiedler,
8040 Eastwood Drive; Jack Krugen, 8480 Grovel and Road; Spagenski
Addition.
