A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by
Mayor Pickar on December 22, 1975 at ..Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway
10, Mounds View, MN 55112
members Present : Mayor Pickar Also present: Clerk-Adrnin Achen
Councilmember Rowley Engineer Hubbard
Councilmember Shelquist Attorney Meyers
Councilmember Baumgartner (arrived at 8:55 p.m.)
Councilmember dodges
Mayor Pickar stated that he would like to see approval of the
December 13, 1976 minutes held up until January 3, 1976. He stated
that he would like the minutes, on Page 11, to say that "portions of
lot 23 may be used as a buffer" rather than all of lot 23".
Councilmember Rowley stated that she also had several corrections.
Mayor Pickar stated that approval of these minutes would be tabled.
mSP (Baumgartner-Rowley) for approval of the December 15, 1976 minutes
of the special council meeting, as corrected.
Councilmember Rowley stated that the minutes sh0,41d be corrected to 3 ayes
show that Councilmember Hodges uas present, but arrived late. 2 abstain
Mayor Pickar and Councilnember Shelquist abstained from voting.
