Administrator Achen stated that the Council could postpone the decision until January 10. He has not received any input since the hearing. There will be a short article in the newsletter on this. Councilmember Baumgartner stated that aLout 120 letters Yere sent out to the people living along the highway, in the mobile home court and in the middle section. At the special meeting one park owner was eresent along with a rePresentative from the other mobile home nark and one resident from the trailer park. The resident, Mr. Harrington, was against the barriers and indicated a willingness to canvass the homes to get their input. The State representative that was present at this special meeting stated that the barrier could go the entire length from County Road 1 north to the 3511 access road. In the future,
