hired a group to do a feasibility stud" on their Propertytihich they
will he submitting to the Council later this greet:. The development

Administrator ^then explained that tie Public hearing on the zoninn
cede will not involve any actual rezoning. ^nce the f'i t" has received
the develon,lent plan, it can pe nlaced on the agenda for the Planning
Commission.
MSP (Rowley- Hodges) for approval of the minutes of January 3, 1'77,
with the correction of changing the two votes from five ayes to four
ayes. This change is being made because Counci l nember 7i earth had
not been given the oath yet. 5 ayes
