Councilmemher Baumgartner stated that since the County will not build a four lane road on a 4r easement anyway, the City could request that curbs, gutters and sidewalks he installed. Sandra ^le"erson stated that they understood the easements would be for drainage purposes, not utilities. Administrator Achen stated that "utility easement" is a term used icy the City, hut the intention is for drainage. The City asks for drainage easements hecause of the Problems that arose in the Spring of 1975. At that till, no Council felt it was necessary to n involved with the drainage of the neighborhoods.
