following week. administrator :Achen stated that it would he helpful
if the Council would go over the bills and indicate any changes they
would like.
Mayor Pickar stated that he would 1 i''e more time to review this,
but did not disagree with any of the administrator's suggestions.

and he does not want to be in a position where the entire decision is
made from his comments. Counci lmember 7i ebarth stated that there were
other organizations involved in this too.
Administrator Achen stated that he will have time to prepare a
resolution between the agenda session and the council meeting.

Coplin through 1 °70 to serve on the Parks " ''ncreetion romrnission. 5 ayes
mSP (Pickar- Hodges) to appoint Glen Dawson to the Police Civil Service
Commission to serve through 1171. 5 ayes
Councilmember Rowley reviewed all of the Lakeside Park Commission
terms.
"SP- (Pickar- Baumgartner) that the Lakeside Park Commission members
serve terms as follows: Duane '3etker through 1977, Jerry Li nke
through 1971, Bruce "Madsen through 1171 and Council representative
Judy Rowley through 1177.
