"ayor Pickar stated that Carol 7ieharth no longer wishes to serve
on the Human Fights Commission. The Chairman, RussChristenson,
said he would look for a senior citizen and a high school member
to fill two vacancies.
"SP (Pickar -- Baumgartner) to appoint Russ Chr stenson as Chairperson
for the Human Rights Commission through 1071 and Tom Foster through
1173, Jerold Skelly through 107" and loan codeke through 1970.
Councilnemher 7ieharth stated that the Industrial Development
Cornmi ssi on hasn't really been a functional group. He ex l ai ned
some of t! e things this Commission was involved with.
Mayor Pickar tabled action until the Council decides on :tome
direction for this commission.

Councilmenber 7ieharth stated that the '3icentennial Commission will
be holding their last meeting tomorrow night. They are looking to
the Council for some direction. He suggested that they have one
project for the summer. mayor Pickar stated that he would attend
this meeting.
Administrator Achen stated that the Safety Commission was established
by Council motion hut the tnrms were not specified. Ho action is
necessary for this Commission.
