Basic terms of agreement increase maintenance hourly rate to ^:n.c2 in 1977 and "7.02 in 1270; increase city contribution to health/life insurance to '60 per month; and create apprentice wage rate of 21 percent first year, 95 percent second year and 100 percent in third year of employment. ITEM R. Approve specifications and authorize bid opening 2:00 p.m., March 4, 1277, for tree removal service contract. ITEM D. Approve, as recommended by Planning Commission (2/0/77 minutes), minor subdivision request of Ken Sjodin to create two lots from existing property located at 7415 Red Oak Drive. The west lot fronting Red Oak Drive shall be 91 x 2F4 feet ,fith a 10 foot drainage and utility easement on rear lot line and an 8 foot additional road easement on front lot line; a 10 foot utility easement shall abut the additional Red Oak Drive easement. The east lot fronting Sunnyside Road shall be 81 x 2F4 feet with a 10 foot drainage and utility easement on front lot line. ITEM E. Approve, as recommended by Planning Commission (2/9/77 minutes), minor subdivision request of Harvey W. Melby to create two lots from existing property located at 3372 Greenwood Drive. The west lot fronting Easitwood Road shall be 122.5 x 264.01 feet. The east lot fronting Greenwood Drive shall be 102.5 x 264.04 feet. Five foot utility and drainage easements shall be provided on the rear, north and south lines of both lots.
