effective February 1, 1977, at an hourly wage rate of $3.20.
ITEM G. Appoint Peggy Lawrence and Julie Johnson to the position of
Recreation Instructor III at the hourly wage rate of $3.75.
ITEM H. Adopt Resolution No. 805 authorizing the reapportionment of
the special assessments for Clarence Weston minor subdivision of property
located at 8405 Red Oak Drive.
ITEM I. Approve Revenue Sharing Actual Use Report for Entitlement
Period 7 (July 1 through December 31, 1976) indicating expenditures
of $20,127 and balance available of $28,988 at end of period.

MSP (Pickar- Ziebarth) to receive the recommendation of Police Civil
Service Commission and authorize promotion of Timothy Ramacher to the
position of police investigator effective February 15, 1977.
Mayor Pickar explained that seven patrolmen took the test and all
seven passed. The Police Chief indicated that this test requires
many hours of additional study. Mayor Pickar stated that this was an
additional indication of the fine police force that Mounds View has.
