ITEM B. Adopt Resolution Nos. 812 -818 reapportioning assess-
ments for the following subdivisions, respectively: Widger
Addition (Francis Widger) major subdivision; Charles
Hermann Addition major subdivision; Leroys Addition (Leroy
Johnson) major subdivision; Dorothy Richardson minor
subdivision of 8443 Red Oak Drive; Charles Betts minor
subdivision of 8315 Red Oak Drive; Sandra Burke Harley
minor subdivision of 8351 Groveland Rd.; and Eugene Koll
minor subdivision of 8432 Eastwood Drive.
ITEM D. Adopt Resolution No. 819 approving Moe Homestead
Addition final plat which meets the requirements established
by the Council in approving the preliminary plat on January
10, 1977.
ITEM E. Adopt Resolution No. 820 approving Rosenquist Addition
final plat which meets the requirements established by the
Council in approving the preliminary plat on July 26, 1976.
An Agreement deferring the assessments on the Outlot has
been executed by both the city and applicant according to
terms recommended by the city attorney and previously
approved by the Council.
ITEM F. Set public hearing on Rindahl Addition preliminary
plat for 7:40 PM, Monday, April 11, 1977.
ITEM G. Set public hearing on Berwyn Addition preliminary
plat for 7:50 PM, Monday, April 11, 1977.
ITEM H. Appoint Pamela Young, 2685 County Rd. H -2, as recording
secretary for City Council meetings to be paid at a rate
of $40 per meeting.
