AMENDMENT OF MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 40.25, SUBDIVISION B,
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROCEDURE
The proposed ordinance would amend Certificate of Occupancy
procedures in the new Zoning Code by deleting the fee requirement.
Cost of the Certificate can be covered by the building permit
fee. A separate Certificate fee is both cumbersome to administer
and annoying to the applicant. This proposed ordinance also
clarifies that a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy requires
completion of the work within six months.
MSP (Hodges - Ziebarth) to approve Ordinance No. 263, amending
Chapter 40.25 of the Mounds View Municipal Code.
TIMETABLE FOR PREPARATION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Admin. Achen recommended that the Council adopt the timetable
on Capital Improvement Program planning and that the staff be
directed to commence work on preparation of the C.I.P. That
timetable would be:
