CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW

A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor
Pickar at 7:30 PM on July 11, 1977 at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10,
Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.
Members Present: Also Present:
Mayor Pickar Clerk- Administrator Achen
Councilmember Ziebarth Attorney Meyers
Councilmember Baumgartner Engineer Hubbard
Councilmember Hodges
Councilmember Rowley was absent, on vacation.
MSP (Hodges - Ziebarth) to approve the minutes of the June 27, 1977 meeting. 4 ayes
CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS
There were no citizen comments or requests.
APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA
Councilmember Ziebarth asked if any record of complaints is kept against any of
the businesses applying for license renewal. Administrator Achen replied that
a file is kept and any pertinent information is brought to the Council's attention
at the time of renewal.

Cherrier appeal of Planning Commission decision preventing
establishment of an automotive repair garage at 5497 Adams
Street.
ITEM B. Adopt Resolution No 844 approving Ber yri addition final
plat which meets requirements established by the Council_
in approving the preliminary plat on March 14, 1977.
ITEM C. Accept resignation of Mischa Moran as senior accounting
clerk effective July 15, 1977. Authorize administrator
to recruit and recommend a replacement.
