September 12, 1977 Page 16 <br />MAYOR PICKAR'S REPORT <br />Mayor Pickar asked when the sealcoating project would be completed. Administrator <br />Achen replied that he did not have a date but would check on it. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth asked that the Staff check into who controls County Road H <br />as he had received complaints that neither New Brighton or Mounds View was taking <br />jurisdiction of it or patrolling it.
