O'NEIL DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
Administrator Achen reported that this was a continuation of the Council's consideration
of the O'Neil development proposal. He stated that since the last meeting the prelimi-
nary plat has been revised to consolidate the holding pond lot into adjacent lots.
A permanent drainage easement is provided in place of this lot and additional tempor-
ary drainage easements are provided to fulfill the recommendations of Short- Elliott-
Hendrickson, Inc. Curbs and gutters along both County Road H -2 and Long Lake Road
are recommended by staff.
