COUNCILMEMBER ROWLEY'S REPORT - No report.
COUNCILMEMBER ZIEBARTH'S REPORT
Councilmember Ziebarth reported on the Park & Recreation Commission meeting of
September 22nd. The Commission feels strongly that the improvements proposed for
Woodcrest Park in the 1978 budget should have priority over Greenfield Park
improvements.
He also stated that the Commission was disappointed with the Council's decision
not to execute the joint powers agreement on the Edgewood tennis courts.
