The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling
of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion.
The motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Council member, any item
can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the
regular agenda for debate.
ITEM A. Designate the First State Bank of New Brighton as the
official depository of the City of Mounds View for 1978.
ITEM B. Designate the New Brighton Bulletin as the legal publica-
tion of the City of Mounds View for 1978.
ITEM C. Set public hearing for 8 :00 PM, January 23, 1978, on
the George Payne application to rezone from R -1 Single
Family to R -2 Single and Two Family Residential District
property located at the southwest corner of Silver Lake
Road and County Road I.
ITEM D. Set public hearing for 8:20 PM, January 23, 1978, on
the Northcrest Park preliminary plat, rezoning, and
development plan.
ITEM E. Set public hearing for 7:40 PM, February 13, 1978, on
the Alexander Diversified Sales application for a
conditional use permit to sell used automobiles at
2848 Highway 10.
ITEM F. Adopt Resolution Nos. 880 -882 reapportioning special
assessments for the Groveland Terrace plat, Berwyn Addn
plat, and Bernard Peichel minor subdivision respectively.
ITEM G. Approve the following licenses:
