ITEM B. Designate the New Brighton Bulletin as the legal publica-
tion of the City of Mounds View for 1978.
ITEM C. Set public hearing for 8:00 PM, January 23, 1978, on
the George Payne application to rezone from R -1 Single
Family to R -2 Single and Two Family Residential. District
property' located at the southwest corner of Silver Lake
Road and County Road I.
ITEM D. Set public hearing for 8:20 PM, January 23, 1978, on
