park over to Ramsey County and that she and Park Director Anderson would be going
before the Spring Lake Park City Council with their proposal. Councilmember Rowley
added that she had received the impression that if Mounds View does not push to have
the park taken care of, nothing will happen.
Attorney Meyers stated that he would check the deed to the park to see if it could
be turned over to the County.
COUNCILMEMBER ZIEBARTH'S REPORT
Councilmember Ziebarth stated that he would like to see a massage parlor ordinance
discussed in the near future.
COUNCILMEMBER HODGE'S REPORT
Councilmember Hodges stated that he had a report from the Youth Service Bureau
available for anyone who wished to look at it, showing what they have done in the
past year.
MAYOR PICKAR'S REPORT
Mayor Pickar asked if legal notice had been published on the public hearing on the
water and sewer project: Administrator Achen replied that notice had been published.
MSP ( Ziebarth- Rowley) to adjourn the meeting at 12 :05 AM.
