MAYOR PICKAR'S REPORT Mayor Pickar stated that he had received a lengthy request from the chairman of the Task Force for a survey, which will be placed on the schedule for the next agenda meeting. Mr. Loeding stated that the Task Force wants to issue the survey this week.
