cannot get approval from the Department of Transportation for an entrance onto
Highway 10 for Outlot A that Outlot A be included in Lot 6 or Lot 7, and that a
variance be granted on the front footages on Block 2 for Lots 1 and 13, with the Lot
13 variance because of a sanitary sewer easement running along the north end of the
property and Lot 1 due to the fact of the curve of Pleasant View Drive. Block 1,
Lot 3 has a 93' frontage. At the building setback line it would be 77'. Block 1,
Lot 4 is 215' on Pleasant View Drive, with a building setback of 75'. A variance
would be granted for both because of the dimensions of the two properties. The
first floor elevation shall be a minimum of 18" above street grade and a contribu-
