June 12, 1978
The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of
routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The
entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion
for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By
request of any individual Council member, any item can be removed from
the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda for debate.
ITEM A. Set public hearing for 8:10 PM, June 26, 1978, on Karlen's
Addition single and duplex residential preliminary plat and
rezoning of property located at 2809 County Road I.
ITEM B. Appoint Jess Varns, 7350 Silver Lake Road, to the Storm Sewer
Advisory Task Force.
ITEM C. Approve the following securities pledged by the First State
Bank of New Brighton as the official depository of the City of
Mounds View:

ITEM D. Appoint James A. Dickinson, building inspector, to regular full -
time status effective June 19, 1978, at a monthly salary of
$1,200.
ITEM E. Appoint Richard Schmidlin, mechanics helper, to the position of
mechanic effective May 10, 1978, at a monthly salary of $1,098.
ITEM F. Appoint Frank J. Kampel, 2524 Yukon Avenue South, St. Louis
Park, to the temporary position of engineering aide at an hourly
wage of $4.00 effective June 12, 1978.
ITEM G. Approve the June 12, 1978 bills for payment.
