CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW

A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor
Pickar at 7:30 PM on June 12, 1978 at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10,
Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.

Mayor Pickar reported that Councilmember Hodges was out of town on business.
MSP (Rowley- Baumgartner) to approve the minutes of the May 22, 1978 regular
meeting.
MSP (Baumgartner- Rowley) to approve the minutes of the May 30, 1978 special
meeting.
CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS
Loie Halseth asked that the spelling of her name be corrected on page 3 of the
May 22, 1978 minutes. Mayor Pickar replied that it would be corrected.

APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA
MSP (Ziebarth- Rowley) to approve the consent agenda as follows: 4 ayes
ITEM A. Set public hearing for 8 :10 PM, June 26, 1978, on Karlen's
Addition single and duplex residential preliminary plat and
rezoning of property located at 2809 County Road I.
ITEM B. Appoint Jess Varns, 7350 Silver Lake Road, to the Storm Sewer
Advisory Task Force.
ITEM C. Approve the following securities pledged by the First State
Bank of New Brighton as the official depository of the City of
Mounds View:
