Mayor Pickar stated that he had prepared a change to the SDM charge, changing the
wording somewhat to eliminate charging home improvements on residential property.
He asked that it be added under Chapter 25, SDM Fund, 25.04, Subdivision 3D, as a
new item.
MSP (Pickar- Hodges) to adopt Ordinance No. 281 revising Chapter 25.04 of the
Municipal Code by adding Subdivision 3d.
Councilmember Rowley stated that she was abstaining as she had some pending
improvements for her property.
Councilmember Baumgartner asked if the City would have to pay back everyone who
had already paid the charge, Mayor Pickar replied they would.
