Mayor Pickar recessed the regular meeting and opened the first public hearing.
PROJECT 1978 -4 - MOUNDS VIEW INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 2
Engineer Hubbard reported that Project 1978 -4 was designed for the implementation
of the Mounds View Industrial Park #2, which includes lots 1, 2 and 3 at the west
end of Mustang Drive. It would include the extension of sanitary sewer, water
main, additional storm sewer and street. The estimated cost of the project is
$118,650. Engineer Hubbard broke down the cost of the various improvements and
proposed assessments. He added that Mustang Lane was proposed to provide additional
access to the area in case of an emergency.
MSP (Pickar - Hodges) to order the improvement and the plans and specs for the extension as
required by Staff, and provide that 100% of the assessments be assessed to the
owners, as described. The specs will be prepared by Short, Elliott and Hen-
drickson.
Mayor Pickar closed the public hearing and reopened the regular meeting.
COUNTY ROAD H -2 - SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION
Mayor Pickar reported that a resolution had been prepared requesting a lower speed
limit for County Road H2, as a result of a request from the citizens along H2.
Mayor Pickar read the resolution.
