Mr. Kollodge explained that he has a large lot and would like to divide it into t vo
so his son can build a home on one of the lots.
Councilmember Baumgartner stated that the discussion at the Planning Commission had
centered around the fact that the garage or accessory' building was 4P from the lot
line and is required to be 5'. He added that the ordinance change which had recently
been passed to allow 75' lots had specified that all setback and area requirements
must be met.
Mr. Kollodge stated he would remove the building if he was required to, and that he
would agree to a one year time limit for the garage, and either move it or remove it
at that time.
MSP (Pickar- Ziebarth) to approve the subdivision for Mr. Kollodge as recommended by
the Planning Commission. 4 ayes.
