ITEM E. Adopt Resolution No. 932 authorizing application for $3,000 of
a second year funding Local Planning Assistance Grant from
the Metropolitan Council; and authorize execution of an .
amendment to the existing 1977 -1978 Local Planning Assistance
Grant Agreement to include the recently awarded $3,000 for
special problems planning°
ITEM F. Approve, as recommended by the Planning Commission (9/13/78
minutes), the minor subdivision of Orval Adair to create two
lots from property located at 6900 Pleasant View Drive. The
east lot shall be 146 feet wide on its County Road H frontage
and have a ten foot utility easement along its south lot line.
The west lot shall be 153 feet wide. The existing garage and
shed, located on the newly created west lot, shall be removed
or relocated to conform with city building setback requirements
within one year of this date. As recommended by the Planning
Commission, staff is directed to inform property owners on
the west side of Pleasant View Drive between Woodale Drive
and County Road H of this subdivision and the procedures for
petitioning for a street extension on their west property lines.
ITEM G. Adopt Resolution No. 933 certifying delinquent utility and
tree removal charges to property taxes.
ITEM H. Approve the September 25, 1978, bills for payment.

SEVEN - ELEVEN REQUEST TO INSTALL GASOLINE PUMPS
Administrator Achen reported that a year ago Southland Corporation had requested to
install three gas pumps at the Seven - Eleven store at Silver Lake Road and County
Road H2, and that the Council had conducted a public hearing and at that time
requested that Seven- Eleven have a professionally conducted study done of some of
